no... the kipping pullup does the exact opposite. regular pullups target a specific area and the kipping pullup uses momentum and lower body rhythm. It does not do much as to building muscle, its more just a way for fitness maniacs to say oh look i can do SO many pullups.
@brandenb78 The idea of modifying an exercise to reduce effort for higher reps clearly shows how crossfit was made for ego boosts. At school last term we were taught about superior labrum from anterior to posterior tears, and the surgeon mentioned kipping pull ups and a huge contributor. Enjoy.
@brandenb78 no way a keeping pullup will activate more muscles in your back than using full range of motion and controlled speed. Plus this is beging for a shoulder injurie.
Actually you are wrong. A kipping pull up stretches and activates a lot more muscles in your back and shoulders than a standard pull up. But, grats on having no clue wtf you are talking about.
Im the 4000th view and can confidently say that all 4000 peope wasted their time watching this, do dead hangs not These dumb ass pull ups ,your the equivalent of jerking your back when doing curls.
