Using the wash n whack and shock method to finish your handspun yarn. I failed to mention that I like to wait at least a couple of hours after I finish plying the yarn, to finish the yarn. I find letting it rest on the bobbin helps alot with any extra energy that might be in your yarn.

  • Hot and cold = Felt. Thanks anyway

  • Thank you, this really helped as I have just started spinning :) Well done!

  • Alpaca sure does felt! My mom wove a blanket out of alpaca, then decided to throw it in the washing machine >.< But thanks for the video! It's been a while since I've had to block any handspun and I couldn't remember what order to do everything.

  • Thx. It helped me alot! This is the first time Im washing my own wool!
