I give them the position, they can either go straight across, or maybe from high-low or low-high position, whichever they prefer. Using their corps now that they engaged it in a couple of exercises, and then taking it out to their extremeties. Making sure they are not just using their hands to do it, but making sure they are using the corps, start with the hips, and then let it flow to the arms.""
