je suis d'accord avec vous violetparme, dire que l'interprete est seul responsable du morceau est un peu une insulte au compositeur! on peut dire qu' un interprète est fabuleux sans détruire le compositeur, non?!

You are pre-supposing that the original tune is '100%' good. I know the original, and I'm not all that impressed by it, yet I find this version staggeringly beautiful, powerful and emotional.
There can be no ''right' and 'wrong' in musical taste.
There is only opinion. And even if 99.99% of the rest of planet Earth agrees with you...
...it's still just 'opinion'.
