What kinda of exhaust do you have?

Sweet! I'm doing a lq4 swap and planing on getting this cam FTW! Probably spray a 150 shot too, but I really like the saying "there's no replacement for displacement"!!!!!

I agree, look up a sound video for a GTO with a MS3 cam.... sounds a hell of a lot better with duals!!! Ive got Corsa Sport mufflers on my GTO and its the nicest sounding exhuast!

@black91240sx 17 x 8 (front), 17 x 9 (rear). They were sold two years ago...currently running CCW Classics in 18 x 9 (front) and 18 x 10 (rear).

Damn nice, man. But is there a benefit to running one big ass pipe instead of dual exhaust. As far as sound goes, I've found these LS1 and LS6 swaps sound sexier with dual exhaust. Not sure exactly what mufflers were used

The exhaust was designed for my car so it mounted in the stock location, exited in the proper spot on the bumper and it's the best quality exhaust I've ever seen (full stainless). Also keeps somewhat of a sleeper look. If you look at my other videos you can hear the sound of it when it's actually moving. I did this because I suspected it would sound better than most other LS1s I had heard. Loud does not equal sexy and neither do straight pipes so I did something different.

@streetelite240 alright thanks for explaining! great work on the 240, also I didn't mean loud with the dual exhaust. just a deep rumble is what I like with v8's

I know what you mean...it really does sound better than that...that's a little crappy point & shoot so it couldn't capture the bass very well. I will get a newer video up sometime soon of the new cam and same exhaust using a hi-def camcorder. The problem with a lot of duals is they sound great at idle, but really raspy and nasty under load...mine does the opposite...quiet at idle and very clean and mean under load.
