First Gas corporate responsibility initiatives extend beyond its surrounding communities, one of which is an annual " First Gas Summer Basketball Clinic" for the youths of Brgy. Sta. Rita Aplaya & Sta. Rita Kalsada. For the past years, First Gas Power Corp. in Batangas have tied-up with Fr. Nonie's Basketball Camp. The 2008 First Gas Summer Basketball Clinic was again conducted by the leadership of Fr. Nonie Dolor and the Basketball Coaches of the Philippines Batangas Chapter from De La Salle Lipa and University of Batangas under Fr. Nonie's Basketball Summer Camp.
