Lufia 2 uses nostalgia. It's super effective.

@mistaphill It was epic, right up there with those you mentioned, final fantasy 4 and breath of fire 2, and I'd add in illusion of gaia too if you go for action rpgs, truly snes was the golden age. Lufia 1 was good too, good story and music.

I never played this one, since I was caught up in Final Fantasy 6 and Chrono Trigger. The music sounds great

i sure hope this game gets a re-release on the wii virtual console sooner or later i red on wikipedia that the first lufia game will come out in spring of this year in japan so perhaps there still hope that not only lufia II may be re-released on the wii virtual console on the usa and eroupe but also the first lufia game as well just keep your fingers cross if it happens
