@ieodksnw787 The point is that chasing women and closing down bars is how he spent his time, instead of spending that time in Sacramento. We paid him to spend his time in Sacramento.

He says, as you can hear for yourself, if elected he will spend more time in Sacramento this time around instead of closing down the bars like he did last time. This is not about whether or not one is a prude. It is more about whether or not Brown has a personal conscience, or felt a sense of moral obligation to uphold his duties in a position entrusted to him. Evidently he did not.
