Since they first teamed up in the early 1960s, Peter Cook and Dudley Moore created magic. With matchless comic timing and dry, dry wit they took audiences on flights of absurdist fancy in TV series like Beyond the Fringe and Not only but Also; the film Bedazzled, and live performances around the world, including The Secret Policeman's various balls.
Sadly, they've both passed on, Peter Cook in 1995 and Dudley Moore in 2002. But now Australian audiences can get a taste of their magic. Two of Australia's favourite performers, Shaun Micaleff and Stephen Curry, have teamed up to perform Good Evening: The Sketches of Peter Cook and Dudley Moore, which is about to open at the Sydney Opera House.
Saw them in Perth, a fantastic production! Well worth seeing.. took me back to the original shows, but with fantastic Australian slants.

I saw one of the shows that these two did in Melbourne. It was excellent. Amazing.

Awesome ....I've said for years to Peter Cook & Dudley Moore fans all around the world that we have a comedian in Australia who would do a great version of Peter Cook & that's Shaun Micallef. Please bring this show to Melbourne - and if you want some of those (lost) shows gimme a yell because a few copies have popped up in the last couple of years & I have them.
