when you say upper inner and outer thighs.... do you mean only the upper part? i got some huge thighs down to my knees... will this tone it all up?

Thanks, whenever I look for leg workouts all I get it squats. My quads are ridiculously toned by this point but the rest of my legs are still mammoth

This is a karate exercise I do during warm up and legs stretching. Sometimes it can be painful. I suggest not to do it specially who has weak knee.

@jarden69 don't worry about knee damage unless ur doing this with a lot of weight. body weight exercises tend to be safe-even for knees. remember to keep your knees behind your toes when you do this one. so really focus on sticking your butt back when u go down-knees behind your toes at all times!

@AnamariaElf everyone is different. start out with just 5 a side for the first day, if it feels too easy, do 10. next day do 12, next day do 14, give yourself a day off then do 20 a side then switch sides. again, if it's easy, do more!
