  • HMMM...I don't really get the solar feature. If you need light to power it you really don't need a flashlight.

Unless the solar panel charges a rechargeable battery.

But then why would the first click be solar and second battery?

  • You are right about the solar panel charging the battery. However the second battery is just a backup...

  • LOL! I have to leave another comment because I Notice You have the same bench as I do,Mines Yellow metal though, same brand

  • Did you see my gym video? I show all my work out stuff...

  • Pretty cool. i have a flash lite that runs on magnets or something

  • Do you like it??

  • Nice review man, I did a rev on the single light package......they really do a good job IMO

  • That makes sense 2 different batteries.

  • "My friends of the interwebz" LOL.

That looks like a pretty handy little light I'm going to check it out. Costco has some good shit.

  • I must agree solar isnt developed enough to overtake coal yet, I have been to a solar farm in central Australia that doesn't generate enough power to justify the amount of water required to keep them clean enough to work in the middle of the desert. In saying that big $ is not being poured into the research yet either.

  • Thats A Great Idea. two torches Wow

  • That A great bit of gear Richard

  • Sounds great.

I love my mini maglites (8 inch-20$) which you can drop with no fear. But the lightbulbs have a fairly short life.

SUREFIRE flashlights are expensive (100$+) but US Army troops use those on their rifles - the kind of thing you need when your life depends on it -and those have LED bulbs.

Sounds like you found a great product there sir.

Have you considered a crank radio?
