OUR STORY ~ 2 DADS A WORLD APART
Stephen Watkins and Ken Thompson are two
fathers whose children had been illegally
abducted by their non-custodial mothers and
taken to Europe through Frankfurt, Germany.
While Stephen is from Canada and Ken is
from Australia, both fathers are a World Apart
and share the same tragic story of ongoing
problems with International Parental Child
Abductions.

Their children, Andrew Thompson (5 yrs.),
Alexander Watkins (7 yrs.) and Christopher
Watkins (5 yrs.) are MISSING / ABDUCTED and
there are NO LEADS on the childrens
whereabouts in Europe. Its been 16 months
since Ken has seen Andrew and 7 months
since Stephen has seen Alexander and
Christopher.

In order to get the message out through social
Networking sites and through various campaigns
that their sons have been abducted, Stephen and
Ken are being assisted by TWO voluntary online
organizations called FOREVER SEARCHING
and HELP FIND MY CHIID.

FOREVER SEARCHING:
Is a global group whose whole purpose for existing
is to raise awareness to individual child abductions
throughout the world.

Is a small voluntary group working with parents,
grandparents & friends to help raise awareness
online for missing and abducted children.

While being introduced to MySpace for the very first time, Stephen noticed that he had ONE friend on his profile list. Tom Anderson, whose profile appears on every members profile page on MySpace, already sends small messages to all 267,632,411 members daily sharing interesting sites, music, products and events within the MySpace community.

Stephen conceived the idea that, if Tom Anderson is already communicating with all his MySpace members daily, why not have him send a broadcast message of Ken and his lost sons and promote its MySpace Members to visit the MySpace Group Pages of FOREVER SEARCHING and HELP FIND MY CHILD?

Having ALL MySpace members know of these TWO organizations would not only help find their sons but also help find and locate all the other missing children as well.

Stephen and Ken hoped to have Tom Anderson send a simple message to all MySpace members to make them aware of the abduction of their sons to Europe and to make its members aware of two international organizations, FOREVER SEARCHING and HELP FIND MY CHILD, on MySpace. These volunteers utilize the MySpace social networking site and networks to help parents find missing, abducted, lost or kidnapped children.

Stephen sent a special letter on Sept 16, 2009 addressed to Mr. Tom Anderson, the creator of MySpace, though MySpaces Public Affairs Department to request that they send this special message as a one time favour.

Stephen also contacted MySpace corporate offices in California via telephone and left a brief message asking them for their assistance and left his contact information to have them call him.

The telephone call and letter was confirmed received by Jamie Schumacher, Director of Public Affairs, by phone on September 18, 2009 although no further communication has been returned.

As a result, Karen from FOREVER SEARCHING suggested creating a short video to sent to MySpace as a follow-up.

Stephen created this video to put message into a visual format and a Private YouTube URL was included in another letter to MySpace corporate offices.

Our request has still been un-answered.

Since there has been no answer from anyone by
MySpace, we have decided to make the video
PUBLIC to let everyone know about these TWO
wonderful organizations, FOREVER SEARCHING
and HELP FIND MY CHIID, which are helping us
and many other parents find and locate their
missing lost or abducted children.

Have you thought of making up a facebook account and just randomly adding people?

Facebook isn't just used for finding long lost friends ect...It is not used to meet new poeple.

I've had thousands of random adds from all over the world. I've had 4 facebook acounts,and between them all,I have probably came into 20 000 profile's or more! Facebook is the way to go,everyone has facebook!

My partners two children were abducted 11 years ago now. Sadly they have been conditioned by their mother to believe he is a monster who poses a threat to them. They live in fear of their father who loves them immensely. Please do all you can to stop this crime it IS abuse and it has to stop. Children have rights too.

Hi Sally, parental abduction and alienation is considered by many experts as child abuse. Does your partner now know where the children are?

There is some interesting research on the effects of the children of parental abduction, not much on recovery though, sadly.

Thanks for the comment Coldclues, you make some valid points. However, this isn't about trying to use guilt you tactics, it's us deperately trying to get a message out about missing children who are really endangered.

We used YouTube as the platform because we have an establish channel here. MySpace video's doesn't seem to be as intuitive and easy to use if you're not a MySpace user.

I know from personal experience in assisting with the search for Andrew Thompson that ForeverSearching is an amazing group of people in the UK who work non stop in the search for missing and abducted children. They offer ongoing support and hope. MySpace you can do something so worthwhile to help reunite these children with their left behind parents and families.
