THANKS for the recipe. Made it last night -- PERFECTLY DELICIOUS!!! The key was the mayonnaise and broiling it, came out much better than other recipes I've tried.

Hi Cory. This really looks good ! Love how u took ur time preparing your food. I've never seen salmon croquette prepared in the oven.....very heart healthy. I'm gonna make for hubby tonight. He loves them fried but he'll be none the wiser. Shhhhh. Lol. :)
