The police should take strict actions on this person for showing such blunt disrespect to the people and the law.We are Malaysians and such behavior is really demeaning and the student walks off smiling after the act showing no fear or the lack of respect for the law, I am really angered by the actions of this person. Malaysia law enforcers we look up to you to take swift actions and deter and nip it in the but this sort of behavior.
