wow your dog looks just like mine...only bigger. My dogs name is lucky and he loves pillows....he has one in particular a pink one form my sisters room she hates it when he steals it and sleeps on it.

Maybe there was something in the rock? Like a fossil? Then again, dogs do like to chew on random things. My little dog Ritzy will chew on small rock for her teeth. Another dog I know in the neighboorhood, a golden retriever, would swallow them.
