You have to land with your wheels on the street.

This is what you need to do:
1. Make sure that all of your wheels hit the ground.
2. To ensure that you hit the exact spot, you need to slow down a bit.
The problem with this jump is that it's much more sensitive in terms of "accuracy"; you need to be pretty precise in hitting one spot. Going too fast means you won't hit your mark.

Managed to nail this one by luck after 20 times with a clusterfuck takeoff and landing. Wasn't perfect but I completed it finally!

i tried what sexymofuka wrote. While I hit the ramp, i leaned back, until the bike turned around, and than landed on the wheels.

The bit that drove me mad were those fockers who drove in front of me all the time blocking the ramp. After 15 failed tries to jump I got my RPG out and shot them and blocked the road. If all fails RPG it :^)

Im going to find the guy who programmed this stunt jump and shove this game up his ass for the next 268 days (number of tries it took til completion) then after im done, im going to ask him if it was good enough.
