Virago XV 250 Bobber 3 (Walk Around)

I could't wait I had to start it. It is not 100% yet but I am pleased with the progress.

the handlebars were on the bike when I got it. they a set of sightly set back drag bars I think they were 7/8" but instead of letting them angle back I tilted them down for a sleeker look.

I bought the bike for $350 not running and invested about $250-$300. The biggest investment was time, a lot of cleaning and sanding. I got lucky the battery was good and the rear tire was also good. The only down side was that it was a little too small for me, @ 6"2' and 230lbs.

Cool bike, I am about to transform my Virago into a bobber. Did you think about another seat?

@CrazyDiamond1983 that is the stock seat that came with the bike I sanded the foam down and recovered it with some fabric I found at a second hand shop.

nice job! i'm planning to transform my virago 250 into a bobber too. i can't find a rear fender for the bike though. Did you buy it or made it yourself? and what's the size of the rear tyre? Can i install a bigger one?
