The reindeer cookies look fabulous. But how did you get the brown-coloured icing? And is this is royal icing, right?

I agree with you making it look easy. My nieces and nephews LOVED all the cookies, and I watched all your Christmas cookie videos and used a lot of your ideas. My Santas looked as though they might be stoned (several), but after I got the icing to the right consistency, the rest appeared quite sober. Not as easy as it looked, but this is my first year at doing fancy Christmas cookies. LOVE your vids, thanks so much!
