This is coming from a Flybe Employee
Flybe are have their main base, including maintenance at Exeter International Airport. They have several other bases, including the ones mentioned. Exeter has been their main base now for the past 9 years. Flybe stands for Fly British European, which used to be Jersey European, hence them being based at Jersey for those times.

sure even look on wikipedia it ses its based at exeter wikipedia says:-Flybe Limited is a British airline based at Exeter International Airport, England. It operates over 150 routes between over 50 European airports.[1] The airline's largest base is now Southampton Airport and it has further bases across the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

i know i and right because my dad is a captian on the embraer 190-200LR for flybe and befor that he was flying the dash 8,so i think will know a lot of things about flybe and southampton sints it is my hometown.

well even ask exeter airport and they will say it is based their and i think i know because i live near exeter and have done for the past 7 years
