i dont buy the serb hitman theory, a pro killer would use a better firearm, not a re activated firearm, and the killer grabbed jill's arm so hard it left a bruise, why would a pro hitman do that, he wouldn't, he would just shoot her in the back of the head. the fact the killer grabbed her tells me it was a very personal killing, a jilted lover, a jealous ex boyfriend.

@owen199m Plenty of Evidence, however whether the police give it all back remains to be seen. Days after giving up my identity to the BBC, I was arrested in Nov 2008 under the terrorism act! The police kidnapped my two year old daughter, in order to force my wife to leave our family home so they could search without a warrant or any of my own witnesses present, they ransacked my home over the course of six days, taking all the evidence, of which I am still awaiting the return.

It has recently been bought to my attention, that as well as trying to purchase radioactive material, smuggling drugs, and importing guns into the UK, the Serbian involved in Jill's demise, is wanted by the Balkans war crimes tribunal. It seems our own government protect war criminals, it all makes me wonder just how important this serbian is to elements within our own government, if they will go through all this trouble to protect him?

@MadBomberJones if jill was killed by serbian hitman it was very unfair she was just doing her job and i'm sure she would have stood up to atrocitys on both sides of the campaign in the war in former yugoslavia

@MadBomberJones well it wasn't barry george thats for sure, its strange there are many people in the media who really offend and hurt alot of people especially BBC Journalst types you know the radio types i won't name names "V" yet they seem immune to any threats and yet jill dando was very inoffensive and placid by nature seems V unfair world we live in..

@gentle7ways7 Have you followed links?, the Serbian who accepted the toast for his involvement in Jill Dando's murder, was/is being protected by this Gov. I know this as 100% FACT! I myself was arrested under the terrorism act (no reason given) for my part in trying to expose this truth. Corrupt court appointed FTAC phychiatrists also lied in court to try and get me sectioned. Why all this effort to try to discredit and put me at harm, to ultimately silence me, before a trial if I were wrong?
