since when did you roll a cigarette with 2 rizlas stuck together? There's a reason there's a close up - to show you what he's smoking.

@youngace187 i'm sure he does smoke pot, but that looks like a rolled cigarette, I don't think he'd be so blasé as to smoke pot on camera.

No, Alan Moore does smoke marijuana. That was pot.

It's a cigarette. It's common in the UK for people to roll their own cigarettes from scratch.
