There are not many songs like this, not in all of music let alone rock. Not many that take us in and return us to youth again, not with nostalgia but with
Purpose, even if that purpose is to remember who we are again. Springsteen
Bears witness to the importance of risk and love and indentity, to the heated
Intensity of kissing that girl and hearing that song and dancing that dance. all the riturals and extremes of the young. The song carries us, secure,
