Fix Upside-Down Homebrew Channel On 4.2

YO there's a NEW HOMEBREW CHANNEL better interface and it's no longer upside down, if you have yur wii connected to the internet (dont need wiiconnect24 no need) it'll automatically ask you to update the homebrew channel but also make sure you have the homebrew BROWSER installed

@xeronixpro yea...buuuut this is for people who cant install homebrew period because the first thing they would've tried is uninstalling and reinstalling it

Didn't fix the upside down problem, but it allowed me to install the newest version which fixed the problem so THANK YOU!!!!!
