We had to wait on line two and a half hours for a bottle of water and it was scorching out and everyone got really, really bad sunburn and we had to wait nine hours before the Pope came and then the shuttle buses to take us back to the buses to take us home were screwed up and took three hours but

it was well worth it.

I went to that My father work at the seminery so we had V.I.P passes and i was able to get a rosery from the pope. we were right in front of him!

haha u can see me and my friends in green passed out on the floor at 3:31 ..i was sitting right where all these pics were taken...i was the loud kid in green chanting for water and bribing seminarians for water bottles

omg the food lines where so long...and i got food poisining because of it the food was out way to long...i got locked up their when they locked everthing off. i saw the pope mobile though and i had to stand on my freinds sholders to take pictures of the pope.

When I was on the food "mob" - the first one ... a riot was starting .... so one of the food servers got up on a trash can to say if people dont stop the secret service would start shooting...

INSIDE INFORMATION:

The gold globes that capped all the Papal flags along the top border of the stage's canopy were actually toilet tank floats (that's right) that were spray-painted gold.

His holiness blessed the stagehands on call for his visit.

His "throne" was covered in real gold leaf, not paint.

The stage took a week to build and gets taken down over three days

The name of the U.S. Secret Service dog who inspected all the materials for fabricating the stage was "Hector".

omg my class went all 20 of us, and the food lines were horrible! 7 of us had 2 share one hamburger and fries! and my mints!!!! omggggg but it was such an expericance! peace love jonas, michelle
