THE TOWN MAG Presents: Celebrity Chef David Rodriguez of Tapas Latin Fusion Stuart, FL

Stuart -- Did you know that Martin County has its very own celebrity chef?! Executive Chef of Tapas Latin Fusion and former Chef to Grammy winner Gloria Estefan David Rodriguez makes Stuart the home to his new restaurant. In a video profile, "The Town Mag," Martin County's online lifestyle magazine profiled Chef David, as his friends call him, and Tapas Latin Fusion.

Chef David takes "The Town Mag," on his life journey. From a family of immigrants and washing dishes as a punishment, Chef David rose to become a world class chef. He served as executive chef at several luxury hotels, such as The Hilton Short Hills, and restaurant. When asked why he chose Martin County for his newest restaurant, Chef David said he wanted to give the people Martin County a new food experience.

Tapas Latin Fusion boasts two private dining areas and a private lounge. Kelly Wattier, Tapas' marketing director, took "The Town Mag," on a guided tour of the facilities which includes closes up of the kitchen and one of the most selective wine collections in the area.
