Julio was losing on all 3 judges score cards w/4 secs in the last round vs Meldric Taylor b4 Richard Steele, Don King & company cheated Taylor by stopping the w/literally 4sec left. Unfortunately for Taylor, Chavez's punches were destroying Taylor even when he didnt land cleanly & mentally handicapped Taylor. Pernell Whitaker destroyed Chavez easily & earned a draw lol. Whitaker just played w/dude, I watched the tape & there wasn't 1 rd Chavez won really. Mayweather's never been out boxed.
