My two cents worth (which i bet even in Diablo RMAH will not be worth much, if they can keep the price of items in Auction house below a certain value, say max $30, then it can work but only allow items of great value, such as legendary items or very rare items or Set items be in the Auction house. Any lesser value items should be using the ingame gold monetary system. This way, ppl will not drive up the value of ingame items to ridiculous heights.

if i could buy gold from the diablo real money auction house with real money and gold is the only currency usable on the gold only auction house wouldnt this devalue gold and create an environment where gold purchases will balance based on the demand of the player with the most real money to spend on the ingame currency which can inturn be used to buy damn near unlimited ammounts of gear be bought slash used and or sold on the real money auction house not to mention create a class system where
