it is called ISJR, infinite second jump recovery, if you do an aerial or even an airdodge that ends right before you touch the ground and you buffer a jump you will reuse your 2nd jump
it's like Captain falcon, he can do 2 up A's in one jump, so just before he landed he did the second one getting him a little bit more air, I do this all the time, confuses the hell out of people who don't use Captain or Dorf lol.

It's pretty much the same thing that Bowser does, his infinite side b. I don't know myself how it's done but it looks pretty much the same.
