If someone were to commit such an act against you without your consent then it would fall under natural law as harm against a living being

If however you as a person consented to such an act without condition then you could be taxed for it on the grounds that you entered into a contract

If you must be fxxked up the ass it's best to lay down your conditions first before entering into such a contract

natural law and the sworn oath of a peace officer would mean that he/she would have to arrest you should you cause harm/damage against someone or their property
