  • just coincidence the mahiole comes from the hawaiian religion of lono and the way its shaped is a long story

  • I think hawaiian helmets may come from Spanish contact.

  • 1-special shape of the hat...2-using yellow and red (with almost exact same tones of red and yellow...they could have been darker or lighter red and yellow )...3-also using both red and yellow on the robes..mathematically the probability of being a coincidence almost is zero...there should be a connection...may be I make a research about language or words similarities
