In the practice of yoga, although the Sun Salutations are a great way to warm up the body and prepare the mind, a warm up is still necessary for many people before the Sun Salutations. This session can help accomplish that. Be sure to consult your physician before undertaking any exercise. Only do what you can and do not force your body into any pose.
