I'm Sorry it mad you sad mrwinchester. It's not meant to. It's just a reminder to fulfill promises kept. There is promise in the need to make change that are positive and helpful and permanent. I actually think we have a much better chance now with a president who cares about human rights. Hopefully the U.N. will stop stalling too.
