Italys constitutional court begins reviewing Tuesday a law passed in July 2008 that gives Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi immunity from prosecution. If the law is considered unconstitutional, criminal cases involving him could become active.

  • I read on BBC News that "Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi said any trial involving him would be a farce".

    Of course it would be because he is such a farce! He's been evading law for who knows how long and he's been involved in a lot of shady things.
