The root cause of EveTeasing is Sexual frustration which is aggravated by the thought "How come Mr.x is having a girlfriend, and having a nice time but I don't get laid?". Our culture does'nt allow us to have girlfriends, but the hormones can't stop.. And your friends encourage you. This problem will come to an end only when the urges are satisfied by a open culture like in the west where both sexes act as per their passion and there is free interaction.
