As for Johansson of Sweden... he took steroids; eventually he won a Bronze in '88 and in '92 karelin threw him around like a rag doll in the finals! Just a little extra bit of info.

Very cool. Jeff is a GREAT guy! I met him twice. Once at the 88 Olympic Trials. I was there competing for the Junior Olympics. Then I met him briefly near the end of college. He came in for a day at one of Rein's wrestling camps I think. He is that kind of wrestler that everyone likes and likes to be around. Kinda reminds me of Dave Schultz in that way.
