50% of this money belongs to politicians (themselves) not only current but the past ones also many of them have even died even their family members don't know about the sum..this money has stopped growing now(after 1991 reforms) u can convert black money into white by investing in private businesses so the money remains in India and the rich get richer but this was not happening when the econmy was closed before 1991so the money had to be hidden in swiss banks

@PSPhacking2009 You see it the way u want to see..a country with 400 million poor...`60 US$ bnaires(officially)...unoffici­ally India has more than 250 USD bnares..if include corrupt polit-buro....it may reach 400)...almost 0.2 million millionares...and 120 million semi-millionares(2 times the population of UK)...Its a country of paradoxes...nd this the beginning....those 400m coming out of poverty...will make The west impoverished(LIKE IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN except for last 400yrs)
