Wheelchair Mother left behind

New Years Day, a couple with their kids left their wheelchair bound mother alone for 20 minutes so they can ride the horse drawn carriage. This doesn't surprise me. If someone doesn't care about horse cruelty then they won't care about people either including their own mother. Shame on them and Shame on NYC

just because its a little pooper looking stable environment doesnt mean the horses are not being cared for properly. Instead of banning them why not encourage the city to provide funding for a stable to be built in Central Park so the horses wont haft to walk in traffic to get to the park?

@TheSolaceDream what are you talking about. the horses are working in Time Square and Herald Square at night. the industry doesn't want the horses restricted to the park. They sue the city when they try to pass a law to restrict the horses to the park. Please read all the link on my page. YOu are no informed on this issue and I can't type everything here.

Wild horses live in hotter temperatures then these horses work in and the wild ones dont even have easy access to water. Why is it that the carriage horses have to abide to the 90% law when police horses and race horses dont? And i looked at your scources wheres the proof that it was 91% in that one video recourse of yours. Ive been to the stable where there kept there are fans with misters and automatic wateres.

@TheSolaceDream , they don't live in such humidity and work in between cars bounded to a carriage with exhaust in their faces. What laws do they abide by?? None. And after years of abuse they are dumped for slaughter. And which stable did you go to since they have no automatic waters. You are lying now. YOu have so connection with one of the stables. They are links on my page that shows how they abuse the horses and after years of abuse they are dump for slaughtered.

I would freeze my ass off and catch pneumonia before I did that to my mother. Wheelchair or no, that's a shame.

It's if you can see the rib bones that the horse is under weight same with humans and other types of animals. So research, research, research. You could. Have at least put down the camera and see if the mother needed help or something to keep her warm.

Seems the one who video taped this cares more for a horse than and old lady in a wheelchair left in the cold.

@TheSolaceDream , the horses are abused. Just look at the other videos on how they are forced to work in above 90 weather in traffic and are kept in warehouss and then dumped for slaughter. The link in on my channel box that proves all this is true.

@horsesinnyc Either how is this saving horses lives. Taking them away from their owners who give them a home food water, shelter and a job. Did the thought even occur to u are economy? By banning carriage horses people will be out of a job and its already hard enough as it is to find a jobs why would u if u cared about people take away their livelyhood? And if u cared about animals why would u want to take them away from a home?

@TheSolaceDream , where do you live? In that states , you need no permit to record anyone on public streets and in regard to privacy, she was on public streets and there are NYPD cameras monitoring you anyhow.

@TheSolaceDream also, I didn't express their intention but their actions. They left her on the curve, took a carriage ride. It was their actions and it only proves to me that people who don't have compassion for animals won't have compassion for people. I would never leave my mother alone this way even if someone held a gun to my head.
