how many cups of oats for this receipe and could you give me a simple receipe for tea cakes. my grandmother use to bake them for me all the time when i was a little girl. but unfortunately she no longer remember the receipe. i would greatly appreciate it .thank you

This is a simple recipe, I adjust the oats according to how bulky I want the T cakes to be, with that said the more oats you use the heavier/bulkier they will be, if you want them thinner (less cooking time and more like cookies) than adjust the Oats accordingly. It is a matter of taste, you will need to do a few samples to see which you prefer. I will send you the T cake (traditional) recipe later. Let me know which you prefer.
