On the first exercise, make sure to point the toes up and back towards yourself. On the second exercise, the leg is at 90 degrees, not 45.

  • How did you develope this pain? I recently had back surgury and at first they thought I was having SI joint inflammation and I had an epidural steroid injection with no relief. Now they are telling me it piriformis syndrome. I was just curious if you had back surgury?
