  • @123456789helloman Those are called partial reps. You do them at the end of the set.

  • Its good for Roelly to get allot of experience from doing contests.

    Sure he is putting to much stress on his body , be he gets well known to and he can catch up his English

  • He is very tired and that is reasonable (dieet). He still puts his effort into it and that is the way to go.

    Like if you train chest , if you get all the way down you're also training triceps
