Just keep working on basics and then add ideas from coaches, experienced players and find where your strentghs are. work on footwork and speed always. Also make sure you have a stick that you like. I like the Warrior Krypto Pro Diamond because its light/quick and doesn't bend or break as much as titanium.

Hope you made Varsity but if not, remember that you will get more playing time on JV and playing time = development! P_lay club ball in summer and or fall if niot already on a team.

Thanks. We run a fair amount (not as much as I will in college!) but we are kinda expected to be in pretty good shape coming in. You can work on speed and sprinting techniques on your won at local track and it doesn't take a lot of time - get some advice on techniques that help develop explosive acceleration. Online reseources pretty good.. 40 yard dash good way to train.
