  • @lamont0414 Agreed, I think the tumble effect was defeated by the solid ice "body" So unless your attacker is frozen I think you'll destroy them.

  • @nbalexander1421 energy in itself does'nt tell the whole picture. Although the .45 has more energy it does'nt like most conventional hangun ammo tranfer as much of the energy available as 5.7 does. Because of the light weight, high speed combined with the tumbling or fragmentation it delivers 100% energy tranfer in soft targets. People tend to equate what bullets do on hard targets as the same as what will happen in flesh...two tottally different things. 5.7's are wicked in flesh

  • lmao u gotta love rednecks

  • the five seven did not go threw because that was practice ammo and when it hits a target the blue tip goes back in to the bullet and the it destroys the bullet

  • @djqx Well in that case I don't think the 45 will help either. Flamethrower?

And for Sub zero, VZ61 skorpion? See what i did there lol.

  • @ShadowtheRotarygod but what if its mr freeze or even worse...sub zero?

  • Was them .45 Hollows?

  • @lamont0414 Like the US did in the 50's with the 223?

  • wathever esas son pendejadas

  • The 5.7 has 100% energy dump. The 45 is a man stopper because the cross section is larger and a larger area of damage

  • I would have thought that the 5.7 would have had no difficulty fully penetrating the jug. The .45 acp would pack a bigger punch with a muzzle energy in the 415 ft-lbf compared to the 5.7 at roughly 345 ft-lbf, but the higher velocity coupled with the smaller diameter of the 5.7 should have given it better penetration. Color me surprised. Either one would prove lethal to a human target.
