So I bought Primal Defense (I' guessing it's one of J Rubin's signature product) at Whole Foods about a week ago because i have been having some serious bowel problems. I can honestly say that it is impacting my health positively. I'm feeling better but not 100% yet. But I think the probiotic is significantly helping somehow though. Amazon reviews are all positive for this product as well!

@Starlacea,yes Paul said it...BUT...."All scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching,for reproving,for setting things straight,for disciplining in righteousness."2 Tim 3:16....so according to WHAT Paul was saying proves that it was inspired of The Lord....so in essence,The Lord DID say it.....God Bless....
