@luizfernandomolina No. You need to be a 3rd degree Master Mason before you can sign the bylaws and get a dues card and vote on members and different issues. At the 3rd degree you have access to all blue lodge Masonic knowledge. It usually takes around 6 months to go from 1st degree to 3rd degree. Also after you get your 3rd degree you can join the concordant bodies such as Scottish Rite, York Rite and Shrine where you can continue your Masonic journey.
