What I woild do is unflug the cord from 120 volts, and plug it into 240 volts and break their appliences!

I would have connected that to a step up transformer and blown all thier electrical appliances. then disconnected it. teach them forbeen thiefs

When you encounter this, do not just unplug them. Unplug them and then cut the cord in several places. If they are too cheap to pay for electricity, then they probably won't be able to afford a few new extension cords! :)

These idiots were evicted last month for being three months past due on their rent so they're long gone. I've always held the belief that if you give a person a long enough rope (or extension cord in this case), they eventually hang themselves. These people didn't disappoint.

I did threaten to call the cops & I did call my landlord. It was all taken care of and they stopped. These neighbors are potheads so I'm guessing they were trying to save money so they could get more weed. With them being baked all the time I'm surprised they thought of something so complicated.
