At first i was like "daaaaamn"
But then i saw the shoes of the man in the left and ....

That's nuts. If you can do that, you can do almost anything!

Bro. Any one saying anything negative about your form has no idea about going heavy in a turkish get up. Or any type of heavy movement of that nature. That was impressive. Going heavy is not pretty but those that can....Do.........!
Awesome bro!

@Valorousness Well done, my goal is body weight by the end of summer, slowly but surely!

Sir, u r a freak! :)

Is is better to do turkish getups with barbells? since barbells you have to balance the weight?
Its impressive. But the technique is way off. If you keep that right leg tight to the body and drive on to your side, then use left arm to elevate yourself rather than trying to sit up, I am positive you could do 200. Great work.....

@TransitionCrossFit Thanks for the tips, I know my form was a bit sloppy for this, usually It is a lot cleaner, and I will be shooting for 200 soon enough.

I saw this on the crossfit main page, did you accomplish this by just doing crossfit, or did you do some extra TGU training?

@FinnishCraig3 I train this movement with a partner in Handstand for Circus, however my strength did increase in this movement after I started crossfitting. for specific training, I don't do anything out of the ordinary for this.
