red & blonde two toned

I added red to my blonde hair and i will be posting a how to maintain the two colors in a few weeks :)
products used for the red: ion color brilliance medium intense red blonde (30 vol crm developer)
no pre lightening!
products used for top blonde: LOreal quick blue powder bleach, ion color brilliance hilift ash blonde

@dorko525 it wasn't bleached I had had it a natural medium brown, what you could do it dye it brown and then put the same brand red I used (ion medium intense red blonde)

i use that dye too and it is the best shade of red i have used

Iv been coloring my hair for years and whenever I do two colors, even weeks later the color is still leaking and making streaks in the rest of my hair when I wash it (And this is even after washing out the dye for ten mins straight) was wondering if you have any suggestions?

I had my hair dyed like this last February and literally, 3 girls in all my 5 classes dyed theirs like this too (blonde on top w/red underneath) it's really pretty and different. i love red hair lol
