@jSwag47 I still live in Cape Town. Come and stay wherever your heart desires in the Cape. It's a beautiful city. However, you can't escape crime/violence in any country. Niether can you shove it all in one suburb. Cape Town is a city of major inequality, so there will be elements of crime wherever you go. Just be realistic and sensible when you're traveling through it. Hope you visit my city soon :-D

@AlenaJolie I agree with you. Its the mentality of the die hard remnant of the apartheid regime. Its best to mock them -- they cant stand that! For example, you might remark that they are a "group of losers that have been consigned to the dustbin of history, like their Nazi forebears." That gets a raise out of them . . .

It's also been proven that critical people are insecure and jealous. Everytime I see any site on S. Africa, there are always racists. It's disgusting. Please deal with your issues!

But white women who travel to South Africa stay away from all those dodgy looking places in South Africa. And anyway when I went to Cape Town I was surprised how little crime there was. The locals said they didnt really have much of a problem at all with crime. It just depends where you are in South Africa thats all.
