  • There's no supplement or magic pill that's going to build you up. Just work hard, hit the weights and write up a diet plan. Supplements are a waste of money and a good way to get yourself hurt.

  • i got the free sample kind ^-^ lasts 3 weeks

  • i just noticed that all of the guys that do the "work out" or review things like this sound very slow and stupid... they have to think alot before they say anything alot of ahhs, umms. and things like that.

  • how much does it cost?

  • Stomach virus from force factor??? I beleive you ate something that had alot of fiber. Fiber makes you shit alot!

  • I take four a day and I never got sick...maybe your just a pussy

  • I Got force factor too, It really does work I've noticed muscle increase while taking this

  • @sonydee33 i sware i cant stop laughin at this comment!

  • Healthily? Hahaha yeah right!!!

  • did it interfere with sleep any? and is their any other side affects

  • @Anaheimcalifas Rip fire makes more hungry I haven't tried force factor though..... thinking of it..

  • Cheap colon cleanser haha

  • Uhhh yeah. Buying just meats and fresh fruits is very expensive when you're just eating normal. When you're trying to build muscle on just lean meats and fresh food you'd be spending an ass ton on just food. So I don't think bunkman knows what he's talking about.

  • wich is better rip fire or force factor. they both do the same shit. rigt?

  • You got a stomach virus from taking the pills what?

  • Great information, I do believe what you said. You do need a lot of water for any suppliment or ruin your kidnies, and less is better of the suppliment if your body or size of body can not handle it.

  • @Italiangangst3r Well, I was close.

  • Respond to this video... And force factor isnt that much money. Esepcially when I would go during gold card week at GNC. It was only $40 a month.

  • @bunkman64 Its called exaggeration, you must have never heard of it. You must not be a body builder either, cus if you were youd know it is VERY expensive. To eat 4000+ calories a day...ya, your gonna need to go shopping for food every week. IF you havent noticed, America is in a recession. Where I live, a small carton of blue berries is $10. A pack of chicken breast is $8. That will not last me week.

  • @Italiangangst3r You said you dont have "hundreds of dollars on spend every week on lean meats and vegetables...right?" I don't think anybody can eat HUNDEDS of dollars of meats and vegies a week. That's a LOT of fish and chicken and tuna. Break it down. How much does FF cost? I'm guessing (I could be wrong) 50.00? Do you know how many packs of boneless chicken breasts you can buy for $50? A LOT. Man made this crap. God made chicken, fish and tuna. Which do u think is better for you?

  • @bunkman64 Do you not realize this video was taken over a year ago? Check out my other videos. I take supplements because I dont have hundreds of dollars on spend every week on lean meats and vegetables. To be an all natural body builder, you must not take steroids. You can take dietary supplements. Im pretty sure thats even said by the IFBB.

  • @Italiangangst3r Hey no problem. I know how addictive the need for size is. I was a small kid at 19 years old I weighed 129lbs and HATED it. I ended up using DBOL in 1986 and am now suffering the long term effects of it. Not much was known about it either back then. I had a friend who was HUGE. All natural..he wore a tee shirt that said "BODY - BY EFFORT".
