@AGedgeProduction Because Sony fucked up Spider-Man 3, and they can't make a sequel to it. Also, the fans were demanding for a fourth Spider-Man movie, and Sam Raimi was shitting his pants because the writers kept giving him crap, so he quitted. Therefore they had no choice but to reboot the whole series.
